ABOUT
JODIE EVANS - BSC (HONS), MCSP, AACP
Jodie trained as a physiotherapist in Oxford, graduating in 2003. She gained valuable experience in the NHS, prior to specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients. Jodie has worked in private hospitals and private physiotherapy clinics, in the UK and New Zealand. Working in New Zealand was part of her time spent travelling, and offered the opportunity to work in close proximity to the ski fields, assessing and treating acute injuries. Whilst based in New Zealand she also had the fantastic opportunity of working with the All Blacks rugby team, in a massage therapy role.
Jodie has completed post graduate training in Pilates, myofascial/soft tissue techniques, K-taping and acupuncture (and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, the AACP). She focuses the majority of her treatments on muscle balance of the body, and therefore has found a passion for Pilates. It is from this passion that More Core Pilates was born.
